Situated on 3 acres and next to 20 acres of conservation lands and pond, SPRING HILL CONDOS will be part of a future 86 acre subdivision and is envisioned to be a gateway site that is in harmony with the rural character and identity of King Township.

The elegantly designed building features a heritage brick and country rubble stone facade and is accented with unique cedar shingle roof details complimented with cupolas.  Upon arrival, residents and visitors will be greeted by a formal entrance court comprised of decorative paving beneath a porte-cochere.  Native and ornamental planting flank the building entrance and to the side is a small garden where benches are situated under a pergola with views to a wall fountain water feature.

Central to the functioning of the 14,000 sq ft amenity space is the Lifestyle Director.  This person will schedule programs in the Fitness Centre, book appointments in the Wellness Centre and be the contact person for outside services such as catering, housekeeping, dry cleaning etc.

For added safety, the building and each individual suite will be equipped with a sprinkler system.  In addition, the building will be connected to the Philips Resident Safety System.  Panic button stations, with  2-way communication linked to a monitoring station, will be located throughout the underground parking garage and Fitness Centre.  All resident parking is located in the underground garage and visitor parking is located on grade.
